Jolene White

I am the Office Manager at Business & Family Advisors, where my primary responsibilities include managing Rolf and Soren's calendar, setting up meetings, appointments, and client reviews, answering the phone, assisting with Continuing Education (CE) classes, and completing paperwork. I have been a part of this incredible team since April 2022, and I am genuinely passionate about helping others succeed. Working alongside my husband and son to grow our small business has been an exciting journey. Helping our clients navigate through all chapters of life is incredibly rewarding, and I am motivated by the opportunity to be a part of their success stories.

Before joining Business and Family Advisors, I spent over 23 years in Corporate America, working for IKON Office Solutions and later Ricoh. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Business Emphasis and a Communications Minor, as well as an Advanced Leadership Certificate from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.

What I enjoy most about my job is the flexibility it offers, allowing me to balance my professional and personal life effectively. Being a small business owner requires hard work and discipline, but it is also immensely rewarding. I take pride in being part of the solution for our clients and helping them achieve their goals. I believe that the greatest value I provide is managing client questions and maintaining open lines of communication between Rolf, Soren, and their clients. I watched my parents successfully operate and own their small auto parts business for over 40 years back in my hometown, and I understand what it takes to grow relationships and achieve success together.

Originally from Pulaski, WI, I now reside in Burnsville, MN, with my husband, Rolf; our three beautiful children, Soren, Annika, and Leia; and our beloved family dog. Outside of the office, I have been a MaryKay Personal Beauty Consultant and small business owner for over 23 years, helping customers look and feel their best with the #1 direct selling brand of skincare and color cosmetic products. I am also a dedicated Girl Scout leader for more than a decade, a small group leader at my church, and an active volunteer with booster clubs at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
